Ms. D’Alessio regularly meets with clients to implement a personalized and comprehensive estate plan, which often includes a Last Will and Testament, Living Will, Medical and Financial Powers of Attorney, and Trusts. In addition to the drafting of a client’s unique estate plan, Ms. D’Alessio is frequently retained to handle the administration of both estates and trusts and guardianship proceedings.

Mr. Liberto has been working as a senior paralegal in the field of law since 2013. A majority of his tenure has been working alongside Mariela D’Alessio, including and beginning with his college internship. His main focus is assisting clients through the process of estate and trust administration after the loss of a family member/friend.
