She serves as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming and responsive experience while efficiently managing scheduling, communications, and day-to-day office operations. Her extensive background overseeing complex administrative functions, including billing, human resources, credentialing, and financial processes, enables her to anticipate needs and support the team with precision.

Ms. Zeller is known for her strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to handle multiple priorities with ease. Ms. Zeller was born and raised in Baltimore and has spent the last 18 years residing in Timonium. She is an enthusiastic follower of NFL football, lacrosse, and tennis, and deeply values being present to watch her grandsons participate in sports, which brings her significant joy and meaning. She enjoys gardening, online shopping and decorating as well as summer vacations in Connecticut and the Outer Banks. Most of all, she takes pleasure in her long walks with her 6-year-old Shih-Tzu, Bentley.
