About Rich
Mr. Liberto has been working as a senior paralegal in the field of law since 2013. A majority of his tenure has been working alongside Mariela D’Alessio, including and beginning with his college internship.

Further, as part of his Office Manager duties, he also plays a role in handling the firm’s billing, calendaring, and other related tasks to make the firm run efficiently.
Mr. Liberto grew up locally near the ‘Baltimore County-City line’ in the Parkville and Overlea areas. Him and his wife, Steph, eventually moved to Harford County in 2016, and currently reside in Bel Air. They married in 2019, and happily welcomed their son in January 2023.
